Inventory Management

Anderson Seal, Inc provides Just in Time Inventory Management Services for increased customer inventory turns and increased customer capacity.

We provide our DOCK TO STOCK service to many customers. ASI goes to the customer location daily, multiple times a week, or weekly to manually check the customer inventory and determine the demand needed and then delivers directly to the customer lines.

We deliver to customer demand via EDI, Kanban schedules, Bin Scanning and Importing, customer website, and of course email, phone and fax.

We carry, on average, one month of safety stock in-house with open blanket purchase orders with our supply base so that our customers only have on hand what is needed for the day or week.
